![]() Guest Room BeforeThis guest room had become a dumping ground for a variety of seasonal items and collection items. |
![]() Guest Room AfterAs the client went through and moved items to a donate pile, I categorized the belongings that were staying and by consolidating the categories, I was able to find homes for each item in closets, and reclaimed the guest room space. |

![]() Guest Room AfterI rearranged items from the room into a storage closet and now the guest room is back in hosting shape. |
![]() Bedroom BeforeI always recommend reevaluating the existing storage spaces in rooms and closets before bringing in secondary storage pieces. Many times those extra pieces just become cluttered overflow areas and don’t actually help in staying organized. |
![]() Bedroom AfterBy categorizing and consolidating everything that was on the metal shelving unit, I found “homes” for all of the items in the existing storage areas. This freed up the space to be able to bring over a piece of furniture from the other side of the bedroom (see next photo), which not only made that side of the room feel less cluttered, but it also created a space for the client to display and use the candles she loves. |
